Management Team

Do The Work LLC is managed by a husband and wife team. Cedric Mitchell, who owns 49% of the company, relies on his twice-exceptional skills as an intelligent first-generation college graduate and former athlete with a condition of dyslexia to build impactful relationships with everyone he comes into contact with. Lakesha Mitchell, who owns 51% of the company, utilizes her skills as a first-generation college graduate and gifted learner as a restorative thinker to find solutions to problems. Cedric and Lakesha both have Master’s degrees and each of them spent over 20 years in public education leadership where they honed in on superb customer service skills, effective communication, and dynamic project management.
